I founded Unbreakable Yoga after surviving a severe spinal injury that completely transformed my life and my relationship with movement. Through years of recovery, I discovered that resilience isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about healing deeper.
I’ve been practicing yoga for over twenty years, and my teaching is rooted in the classical Eight-Limbed Path of Yoga. I blend mindful movement, breathwork, and awareness with a deep respect for yoga as a path of wholeness — one that unites body, mind, and spirit.
My classes are designed to help you reconnect to your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate strength through compassion.
To me, being unbreakable isn’t about perfection — it’s about presence, persistence, and the courage to return home to yourself through grit, fire, and the strength of surrender.
